We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. You are bound by the policies and Terms that apply at the time you use this website or place an order.
When you use this website and place orders through this website, you agree:
- Use this website only for legitimate information or orders.
- Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If it can be reasonably assumed that such an order has been placed, we are entitled to cancel it and to inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide us truthfully and precisely with your e-mail address, postal address and / or other contact details. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary.
If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.
When you place an order through this website, you indicate that you. are over 18 and legally eligible to enter into agreements.
2. Service availability
The products offered on the elifboutique.com website are available for delivery in European countries and by personal communication to countries outside Europe.
3. Product Availability
All product orders are subject to product availability. When there are problems with the delivery of products or when there are no more items in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about replacement products that you can order and that are of equal or higher quality and value. If you do not wish to order the replacement products, we will refund the amounts that you may have already paid.
4. Prices and shipping costs
According to the applicable provisions and regulations, sales tax (VAT) applies to all purchases.
The prices stated on elifboutique.com include the statutory VAT, but excluding shipping costs. Prices can change at any time.However, with the exception of what is stated above, changes will not affect orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
The price of the products is the price that is always stated on our website, except when there is a manifest error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of one of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and all amounts paid will be fully refunded to you.
We are not obliged to deliver you products at an incorrect lower price (even after we have sent the Shipment Confirmation) if the price error is clear and unmistakable and you could reasonably have recognized the incorrect price.
The prices on our website include VAT but do not include shipping costs. They will be added to the total amount as indicated under ‘frequently asked questions’.
The standard shipping costs for all orders within Europe are € 5.95, regardless of the size and weight of your order. Within the Netherlands, however, orders over € 50 are shipped free of charge. The costs for each shipping option are clearly stated during the ordering process.
5. Order – conclusion of the agreement
To place an order you must follow the procedure for online purchase and press “Place order”.
If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will try to refund the payment using the payment method you use. If the reimbursement must be made in another way, Elif Boutique will inform you of this and ask you to contact the customer service who will handle the reimbursement.
Elif Boutique takes the utmost care when registering and processing orders and strives to deliver your orders to the specified address. It is your own responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.
With due observance of what is stated about this in Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, Elif Boutique will execute accepted orders with due speed, though at the latest within 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or only partially, you will be notified of this no later than 30 days after you have placed the order. In that case you have the right to terminate the agreement without costs.
If for whatever reason we are unable to deliver on time, we will notify you and we will give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to complete the order with a full refund. cancel the amount paid.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, received the product. If you have ordered several products with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, received the last product.
The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the customer.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing, either by post and preferably using the pre-printed return form in your package, or by sending a letter to: Elif Boutique Retours, De Milan Viscontilaan 153 , 3453 SR De Meern, Holland, or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, or by completing and submitting the standard form from the local consumer authority. Return the items as stated in Article 6 (Return shipments), within a period of 14 days. We will try to refund the money as quickly as possible and in the same way as you paid, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation, provided that we have received the items, or proof that the items have been returned. A different payment method can be used for reimbursement if you give your permission. This will in any case not entail any additional costs.

8. Return shipments
Elif Boutique guarantees a full reimbursement (excluding shipping costs) of returned items pursuant to Article 7 (return), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were on receipt. This means that the items may not be damaged, dirty, washed, changed or worn (other than fitting the item) and that labels or price tags have not been removed. So be careful with the product (s) while it is (are) in your possession. Return the products in or with the original packaging, instructions and other documents that may be included.
All our packages contain a pre-printed return form that you can use if you want to return items. You can find more information about our return procedure under the ‘frequently asked questions’.
You must return the products to us or hand them over to Elif Boutique immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of the agreement. To respect the deadline, you must ship the products before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs for the return shipment of the products, unless you hand over the goods at the location in De Meern (by appointment). You can drop off the return package at a postal agency and get enough postage. You are only liable for a depreciation of the products if this can be attributed to unnecessary handling of the products, with a view to assessing the nature, properties and operation of the products.
After we have checked the article, we will inform you about your right to a refund of the amounts paid. We will try to refund the money, excluding shipping costs, as quickly as possible and in the same way as you paid, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation, provided that we receive the items, or proof that the items have been returned have received. A different payment method can be used for reimbursement if you give your permission. This will in any case not entail any additional costs.
9. Return of damaged products
If a received item is damaged, notify Elif Boutique immediately via our web form and inform us of the product details and the damage. You can also contact us by calling +31 30 633 81 83. You will then receive instructions from us.
Return the item as set out in Article 8 (Return shipments) above. All products that are reported as defective are fully reimbursed by Elif Boutique. The provisions in these terms and conditions do not limit any statutory rights.
We will thoroughly check the returned product and inform you within a reasonable period of time by e-mail about your right to replacement or (where applicable) refund. The refund or replacement of the product will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail to confirm that a refund or replacement of the product will take place.
The amounts paid for products that are returned as a result of damage or defects will, if this is actually the case, be fully refunded, including the shipping costs and the costs that you have incurred to return the product to us. Reimbursement is made with the same payment method that you used to pay for your purchase. All rights that are included in the current legislation will in any case be guaranteed.
10. Payment methods
You can pay for your articles in several ways specified below.
- Pay in cash: you can choose to pay in cash by appointment, at Elif Boutique upon receipt of the products. Returns can only be reimbursed on a bank account number.
- Several payments method that are provided on the website: during the ordering process you will be directed to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via several payment methods if you use online banking.
- Debit card: By appointment at Elif Boutique, you can use a debit card (Maestro) and pay by debit card.
You are required to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment data provided or stated to Elif Boutique, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do everything that is reasonably possible to display the characteristics of our products, including the composition and colors, as accurately as possible. The color that you see depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors correctly.
If the items you have purchased have defects, Elif Boutique will fully comply with the statutory warranty regulations. If you have a complaint as a result of obvious material or manufacturing errors with regard to goods supplied by us, including transport damage, you can inform us of this by returning the goods without delay and without shipping costs together with the pre-printed return form.
Immediately notify Elif Boutique of defects and return the item as set out in Article 8 (Return shipments). All products that are reported with defects are fully reimbursed by Elif Boutique. The provisions in these terms and conditions do not limit any statutory rights.
13. Risk and ownership transfer of the products
The product risks will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.
Ownership of the products transfers to you as soon as we have received full payment of all amounts due with regard to the products, including delivery costs, or at the time of delivery (as determined in Article 6 Delivery above) should this occur later.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or invalid by a court or legislator, the remaining Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.
15. Property rights
You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of the materials or content that are part of the elifboutique.com website are at all times with us or our licensors.
