We work for satisfied customers. If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with the product, we will take it back without any thought. Of course, on condition that the products are in their original condition and the corresponding labels are still attached. Hygienic fitting is a condition when you return. To improve our offer, we are also very curious about your feedback.
We assure our customers that the product is new and that we handle our products with care and that you always receive a product that does not require you to have any doubts about whether the product has not been worn by another customer. For the sake of hygiene, the fa.ti.ma turban caps cannot be returned. You can return other products.
Can I exchange?
Would you like to exchange the product for a different size? Then you return the current product and place a new order.
Do I have to pay anything to return?
You return at your own expense (package mail). At PostNL you can return the package for € 6.95.
Within what period can I return?
If you want to return products you must immediately and in any case within 14 days after receipt of the items to send back to us (or by appointment to hand at Elif Boutique). To respect this period, you must ship the products before the 14-day period expires.
Elif Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns that have been requested and / or sent outside of the specified period, as well as items that are not in the original condition in which you received them. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
How should I return?
Before you return the package, complete the return form. This is included with your package. With the return form we can process your return carefully and quickly. You add the return form to your package and stick the return strip with the return address (at the bottom of the return form) on your package. Drop the return package at a PostNL location in your area. After receiving and approving your return, you will receive the amount that you have paid for the returned product.
To improve our deliveries, we would also like to know why the product is returned.
When will I receive the return amount?
You will receive the amount back to your account within approximately 14 days of receiving your return (depending on your bank).
